What's the Deal with Dental?
 What About Vision?

All three plans come with the same Anthem PPO dental maintenance plan. Basically checkups, cleanings and x-rays are free. If you need a filling, you pay the $25 deductible and 20% of the procedure. Tonik picks up the remaining 80%. Tonik doesn't cover cosmetic or major dental like root canals. Download the Tonik dental details. Now you have no excuse not to keep your choppers clean and healthy.

 

Vision does not require a copay or deductible. Tonik will pay $50 for routine eye exam, regular glasses, or contact lenses no matter where you go for these services. Want more? Tonik will also cover up to $100 for your basic frames. In addition when you use the BlueView Vision network you'll pay only $25 for most eyeglass lensesLike wearing contact lenses instead? Tonik will cover up to $80 for the contacts. .With the BlueView Vision network, you can go to an independent optometrist or stores like LensCrafters at the local mall.
